CIXON took on the challenge of supporting RaiffeisenVolt GmbH in the digitalization of its business processes in marketing, sales and customer management. The collaboration aimed to increase process efficiency by implementing the HubSpot platform. This included the introduction of semi-automated and fully automated workflows based on detailed process analyses captured during two-day workshops. As part of the project, a completely new website was developed, including a customer portal. This portal enables an interactive, user-friendly customer interface that not only improves customer interaction but also ensures an efficient, seamless digital transition.

At CIXON, we made it our mission to make RaiffeisenVolt GmbH more efficient by implementing HubSpot. Our goal was to establish a seamless and efficient system of CRM and CMS in one platform, specifically tailored to the needs of marketing, sales and customer service. This system should not only optimize workflows, but also significantly simplify the interaction and management of customer relationships.

Through targeted HubSpot training and the introduction of advanced CRM features, including customized deal pipeline management and a range of automation tools, we achieved a significant increase in process efficiency. A key aspect was the implementation of a customized savings calculator on the website, which enables customers to calculate potential savings directly and transparently.

The CRM integration included a comprehensive data migration and a seamless connection to existing IT systems. We implemented custom modules in HubSpot that were specifically tailored to RaiffeisenVolt's needs, including a special interface for data import and export.
